Kelowna Clay Festival 2008

The fourth triennial Kelowna clay festival will feature presenting artists from Great Britain, the United States and Canada. These master potters will cover a variety of topics including throwing and alteration, sectional throwing and assembly, sculpture, surface decoration and image transfers. Both demonstrations and hands-on workshops are on our schedule. August 8th - 12th, 2008. Be sure to book your spot early while space is still available.

With a membership drawn from throughout the Okanagan Valley in southern British Columbia, Canada, our association forms an active part of the local arts community. Our mission is to promote, protect and educate the potters of the Okanagan. To this end, we sponsor a number of shows and educational events. Our triennial Kelowna Clay Festival offers workshops given by potters of international renown and draws participants from throughout Canada and the United States.
